An alley coffee cart at dusk. Five orders, one phin, 120 seconds.

1. 1Tamp Hold, let go in the gold. Strong orders need a firmer press.
2. 2Pour twice A little to bloom the grounds, then fill to the brim.
3. 3Drip Tap to lift the phin when the coffee hits the glowing line.
4. 4Stir & serve Drag circles round the glass, then serve before they ride off.
